festive mood

it's a great time for celebration! *drum roll*...happy chinese new year!!! *drum roll* (again)....i got my pay at last!!! quite a huge sum...hehez...my hard-earned cash!!! *drum roll* (yes...again)...my internet is finally broadband! i can surf for unlimited hours and the speed is my....hell lot faster than dial up!!! YiPpPEEE!

i supposed i had a great CNY...though it's almost like a routine to me every single year...but nevertheless...i still enjoy myself cos i luv gatherings, food & ang baos...hehehz...it's really fun to chit chat with my cousins & maybe juz gamble for the sake of trying our luck...furthermore...it's also the time for u to doll urself up & look presentable...tat's basically what i did for the first day...haiz...but sadly to say...tat's also my first & last ang baos collection day...hehez...but i still had a 'fruitful' trip!

2nd day i went to my great aunt's house...i always luv to go her house cos she really bought many goodies...so i kept eating & eating...oh ya...& i drank my first glass of red wine which contains 10% of alcohol...haiz...i'm probably a lousy drinker...cos my whole face went red after 1 glass...but i'm still conscious...i juz felt very hot...hehez...

3rd day is the 'so called' temple trip...my mum wld drive the whole family to several temples to pray for everything...omg...the crowd was overwhelming since it's cny! i was almost suffocated & blinded my the incense smoke...there were even lion dance troupes tat even made me deaf due to the booming drums...but all these are part & parcel of praying process...hehez...

ooh...i went back to cchms a few days back with ping...nothing much had changed...except there's an extra security guard house...and a completely new cca block which made me sooo envious! the cca block is sooooo new & clean! u shld see the toilets...nice! facilities...cool! it's really heaven & earth lahz! i was grumbling why i wasnt born later...hahaz...but come to think abt it...the old cca block had it's eerie & special features tat the younger generation cldnt experience...so i shld be contented lahz... ping, ong & i also went to ate our fav katong laksa stall...the laksa still tasted good...hehez...& i really enjoy myself chatting with them on all kinds of topics...juz like old days...though we've grown older...the interesting past happenings in cchms, at sch bus stops, bubble tea shop, 7-11, pp...were still memorable!

been crazy over hua yang shao nian shao nu these few days...watching the episodes since cny...tat's y i sleep sooo late every night...i really LUV broadband & youtube!!! in tis way...i no need to catch the drama on tv every weekday when i'm working...hehez... da dong is soooo cute & dramatic...i also like ella's acting & wu zun is really handsome lahz...haiz...i still left last 2 episodes which have not been uploaded yet....but it's ok...i'm now watching an anime series...hehez...

gonna tell ya something...i really underestimate fei lun hai's popularity again...last fri...i went popular at pp with ong to check out the price of fei lun hai's pictorial bk...i was hesitating if i shld buy so in the end i decided to buy after i get my ang bao money...so today i went to kovan popular to buy the book...guess wat...SOLD OUT...alamak...i was shocked lahz...though i noe there'll still be stock at other outlets...i still didnt expect to be sold out in an outlet...it's juz the same situation like the CD!!!!! aiyohz...it's hard to be a fei lun hai fan arh....

very fast...it's already the third day of cny...no wonder ppl always say fun-filled & happy days are short-lived...lucky for me...i only start work on thurs...so i can enjoy one more day...yesh! (but sure got tons of stuff for me to do when work starts! haiz...) gonna go shopping with ping & meeting ong for lunch tml...now tat i'm slightly richer...really got the urge to pamper myself...hehez...
